DESIGNER/  ENGINEER (2): Candidates must have 3-5 years of SolidWorks experience and real-world working knowledge of various manufacturing processes including plastics, castings, sheet metal, and materials properties. To excel in this environment, a creative and innovative mind set with an attention to detail, customer service and a passion for developing market-leading products are a must. Prior consulting experience and ability to utilize other CAD programs (i.e. Pro Engineer, Autocad, Catia) are a plus.

SALES PROFESSIONAL: Experienced salesperson needed to assist in building our continually growing client base in the Wisconsin/Illinois territory. This position requires a varied background in technical knowledge related to all forms of manufacturing process, new product development in the consumer and commercial markets. The ability to accurately communicate client needs and requirements while establishing the client relationship through a service, support and personal approach is a must. Prior experience in design services and prototype consulting is a plus.

CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide initial call response for customers and others calling the Customer Service Department. CSR will perform a variety of duties including responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, order verification, order entry, price and delivery queries and quote processing. This position requires the CSR to cover the morning to mid-afternoon shift for domestic customers.
